- I've ordered a Small but received a Large etc.?
All of our products are listed online in US/EURO size but may be shipped with an Asian size label due to where our items are manufactured. The fit should still be perfect!
-Where do you ship to?
We currently ship worldwide to almost every country for free! Some exceptions may apply in which case contact will be made with customers and refunds will be issued as necessary.
-How can I track my order?
Tracking number will be provided once the parcel has reached the destination country. You may send us an email if you want the tracking number earlier =) We use well known local carriers eg. (USA: USPS, Australia: Australian Post )
-I haven't received my order yet, what shall I do?
Your order begins processing on the day it is made. We generally ask for 3-5 business days to prepare and ship your item due to inventory storage in UK, USA, China and Japan. Our worldwide free shipping generally takes around 7-30 days from dispatch. This time frame may vary depending on the country the package is being delivered to as it may very well be shipping internationally.

-I ordered multiple products but why did i only receive one?
We may ship out each product separately depending on the overall weight of your package so that our customers don't have to pay Custom and Duty fees and we can maintain free shipping for all of our customers!
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions: The return must be received by Pure xi within 28 days of the item being delivered. The returned item must have its original tags attached. The returned item must be in new condition. Product condition will be evaluated upon return.
After receiving the returned item, Pure xi will credit the customer's account for the original purchase price. Pure xi will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete unless that order is classified as undeliverable and returned to Pure xi. We can not re-ship any order that is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete.
